That's pretty cool that you were on TV! That would
definitely be nerve racking to do a live report! Pizzas are better than steak
anyways, tell everyone hi for me. I've done a really good job at keeping my
bike in a good condition, it’s definitely worth sending it home. I probably
wouldn't ride it for a while, but I'm sure I would mountain bike or something.
There is a bike shop near us that can send it home, so I will get a price quote
from them and try and get it done as cheap as I can. Do you think I could check
it as luggage on the plane?
This week was good, Carrie's baptism went really well! She
was so happy! It was kind of a bummer because not a lot of people from the ward
showed up for some reason, we are blaming the holiday weekend. It was still
awesome though.
So I will not be getting transferred, my last five weeks
will be spent here in Great Bridge. I will be getting a new companion though so
it should be fun. 2 years goes quick, it’s crazy to think that I’ll be home
soon.
We got to have Mission Leadership council again, it’s always
a great experience to be able to learn from President Baker! We had zone
meeting a little later that week (that is the one where my companion and I are
in charge of instructing all the missionaries, its 3 hours.... long meeting).
That went well, we have a really good zone. On Sunday we got to help teach the
3rd hour because it was a fifth Sunday, it was all on missionary work. This is
a good ward, very missionary minded.
That’s about it, love ya
Jordan
